All interested members of the community are invited to attend a free public screening of the documentary “Deep Green.” Based on six years of intensive research and devoted exclusively to solutions to human-made global warming, this inspiring and hopeful film cuts through the clutter to bring new clarity to an increasingly urgent situation.
The film will be shown at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13, in Rm. 100 of MU’s Stewart Hall. Following the film there will be open forum on our energy choices. This event is free and open to all. It is co-sponsored by Mid-Missouri Peaceworks, Coal Free Mizzou and the Columbia Climate Change Coalition.
