Mizzou celebrates diversity with excellence and achievement awards

MU recognized faculty, staff and students who have done an exemplary job fostering diversity on campus with the Inclusive Excellence and Faculty Achievement in Diversity awards.

"Mizzou is a better place because of your efforts," said Deputy Chancellor Michael Middleton to the crowd gathered in Stotler Lounge for the ceremony Monday (Feb. 25).

This is the second year the Faculty Achievement in Diversity awards have been paired with the Inclusive Excellence Awards. Unlike the Inclusive Excellence award winners, the Faculty Achievement recipients are selected by students.
